The location was ideal, but our room was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The bathroom was also frustratingly small, and it was nearly impossible to keep the shower area dry due to the awkward shower door setup. We often found the front desk unattended which resulted in long waits outside when trying to re-enter the hotel.

Quaint location, cleanliness of rooms, proximity to tourist attractions
Ridiculously small rooms!!! The lift is a joke, squeezing in with luggage is a workout. Stronger Wi-Fi is essential. it was so slow, I thought I was back on dial-up!!! Room heating left much to be desired!!!
